THS-300TC 12" Constant Heat Sealer - Mesh Seal - Digital Temp Control
The THS-300TC 12 inch Constant Heat Sealer is designed to seal most types of thermoplastic material. The 15mm mesh-style seal with PTFE coated jaws makes this machine ideal for materials such as Cellophane, thick Mylar, coated aluminum, and coated PP. It features a digital temperature controller that accurately regulates heat from 30∞-550∞F (0∞-300∞C). With both jaws heating simultaneously, it delivers deep heat penetration for sealing thicker materials. Includes an adjustable work table.
Note: Do not use this machine for Polyethylene or Polypropylene materials. This model is best used while seated. For standing operation, add the extended tube to your order.
Ease of use is a key feature. Set the temperature controller to your desired setting. Once the correct temperature is reached, place the material between the sealing bars, press the foot pedal, and release for consistent seals.
