The SL-3 Manual Tape Dispenser by Tach-It is designed for use with tape rolls that have a 3" core and are up to 3" wide. Compatible with most non-reinforced tapes, this unit features a weighted base for stable tabletop use and can also be mounted. Ideal for industrial and packaging environments requiring consistent tape lengths.

Operating Instructions:
- Place the SL-3 on a clean, dry, flat surface.
- Mount the tape roll onto the rear spool holder with the tape feeding forward.
- Attach the tape to the top knurled roller.
- Guide the tape under the pressure roller and through the front opening.
- Use caution near the blade located at the top of the front opening.
- Set the lever to the desired tape length by loosening the thumb screw, adjusting the lever, and retightening the screw.
- Pull the lever to dispense tape. Cut by pulling the tape against the blade.
